If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, Caldex Health may send you SMS messages related to your health coverage inquiry, including introductory messages, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications. Message frequency varies depending on your engagement, typically up to 11 messages over a 30-day period for new inquiries.

Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may reply HELP for assistance. Your mobile phone number and consent information are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we share information

We may share your information with:

• Insurance carriers and underwriters, solely for the purpose of obtaining quotes or enrolling you in a plan you've chosen to pursue
• Service providers who help us operate our business (such as our CRM or scheduling platform), under confidentiality obligations

We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
