This includes introductory messages, appointment scheduling, and periodic follow-up if you have not yet responded. Message frequency varies depending on your engagement, typically up to 11 messages over a 30-day period for new inquiries.

Mobile carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages sent through our SMS program. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent by Caldex Health, and participation in our SMS program does not constitute an endorsement by any carrier. Message delivery is not guaranteed, and delivery times may vary based on factors outside our control.
